General Inquiries
You can place an order through any of the following platforms:
1. Official Website (you are here!):
- Browse through our collections and select the bouquet you'd like to purchase.
- On the product page, you’ll have the option to select a delivery date and time and to write a gift message if you wish.
- At checkout, you’ll see a single payment option titled Opn Payments. This is the secure payment gateway we use and is one of the largest and most trusted in Thailand. Read more about their services here.
- Through Opn Payments, you’ll have the flexibility to pay using: Mobile banking, PromptPay, and all major credit cards.
2. LINE Shop:
- Explore our collection on LINE Shop and place your order directly through the platform.
- Please note that LINE Shop does not have an option for selecting a delivery date. You can expect to receive your bouquet in 3-4 days, potentially earlier if we can expedite it.
- Please include any special delivery instructions or gift messages in the order notes.
3. LINE Official Chat:
- If you’re struggling to navigate Shopify or LINE Shop, you can text us directly on LINE Chat to place your order. However, please note:
- There may be a delay in connecting you with our team, as we respond to messages in the order they are received. Ordering directly through our Website or LINE Shop ensures faster processing and avoids potential delays.
We highly recommend placing your order through one of our shop platforms for the smoothest experience!
All the flowers listed on our website and LINE Shop are in stock at our workshop in central Bangkok. There is no additional production or "making" time involved. Once you place an order, the bouquet is simply wrapped, packaged, and prepared for delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
This will depend on the platform you order on:
- LINE Shop orders: Please note that LINE Shop does not have an option for selecting a delivery date. You can expect to receive your bouquet in 3-4 days, potentially earlier if we can expedite it.
- Website orders: You can select your preferred delivery date and time window on the product page. Our calendar blocks out any deliveries within 1.5 days of the time you place the order.
- LINE OA/Chat orders: You can specify your preferred delivery date and time window and our admin will confirm with you whether the delivery date and time is possible.
Delivery charges depend on two factors:
- Distance: How far your location is from our workshop.
- Bouquet Size: For simplicity, we use 2,000 THB as the dividing line between smaller and larger bouquets.
Here’s the breakdown:
Deliveries by Company Vehicle:
- Flat Rate: 50 THB.
- This applies to locations within 10 km of our workshop (located in Asok area).
Deliveries by EMS (Far or outside Bangkok):
- Small/Medium Sized Bouquets (<2,000 THB): Sent in a standard-sized box with a delivery charge of 67 THB (EMS rates).
- Large/Very Large Bouquets (>2,000 THB): Require a specially made larger box with a delivery charge of 160 THB (EMS rates).
We’ve kept it simple to make sure your flowers arrive safely, no matter the size or distance.
Yes, all bouquets being delivered outside of Bangkok will be sent in a box using EMS.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the present time. However, we plan to expand to neighboring countries in the near future!
Packaging Details
Our delivery method depends on the distance from our workshop:
- Nearby locations (within Bangkok): We use our company vehicle to hand-deliver bouquets. For these deliveries, we cover the flowers with a clear plastic covering to protect them, but no box is included.
- Farther locations (all provinces outside Bangkok): We ship the flowers via EMS, carefully packed in a cardboard box. This packaging includes:
These methods ensure your bouquet arrives in perfect condition, whether it's hand-delivered locally or shipped farther away.
We have not received any complaints regarding the condition of our bouquets shipped via EMS. This is attributed to the protective measures in place within the box to prevent movement during transit.
Rush Orders
It is very unlikely that we will do a Same-Day Delivery, especially during peak seasons (i.e. around Valentine's Day, Christmas, New Year). Please contact us immediately via LINE Official @thecrochetflowerco to check if this can be arranged.
For orders outside of Bangkok, we do not offer Next-Day delivery.
For orders within Bangkok proper, next-day delivery may be possible, but it depends on our current queue. To confirm, please message us directly on LINE Official @thecrochetflowerco before placing your order.
For the safest bet, we recommend placing your order at least 2-3 days in advance to ensure availability and smooth delivery scheduling.
Tracking Your Order
For orders relatively close to us, our in-house delivery team will deliver your flowers. We do not have real-time tracking for this option, but you may chat to our LINE OA admin for updates. Please expect a call from our driver when he arrives at your location.
For orders far from our location, we will send your flowers by EMS in a box. The bouquet is secured to the box with a metal string and there is bubble wrap and other protections in place.
For EMS deliveries, we will follow up with an EMS tracking number to the email or phone number you provided. EMS deliveries typically take 1-2 business days (excluding the date the package is passed on to EMS).
Customization Options/Custom Orders
At this time, we only offer the flowers that you see available in the photos on our website, social media and other platforms. Unfortunately, we currently do not take custom orders for flowers we do not already produce.
However, our wide selection may include flowers similar to your desired type. We update our collection every few months, so check back often for new additions.
Yes! We accept custom bouquet orders. However, please note:
For our Custom Bouquets:
- You can mix and match any flowers or stems currently listed on our website into your desired bouquet. If you see a flower in a bouquet on our website, it’s safe to assume we have it ready! Please contact us via or LINE Official (preferred) or Instagram DM so we can assist you further.
Limitations:
- We do not accept custom orders for new flowers that we do not already produce.
- We do not accept requests to crochet individual custom toys, plushies, gift box components, or other non-floral items.
To get started with your custom bouquet order, please message us on LINE Official (preferred) or Instagram DM with the following information:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Budget (2,000 baht minimum for custom orders)
- Desired Delivery Date and Time
- Delivery Location in full
- Tell us about what you're looking for - be as detailed as you can ✏️
*E.g. For a friend's pre-wedding lunch party; white and pink flowers only; pastel colors; elegant and feminine vibe; wrapping paper color preference is
white and green; please include white and light pink roses, etc.
Yes! You can include a gift message with your order.
- For website orders: There is a dedicated field on every product page where you can type your gift message. Yes, you may include commonly used emojis. Please note that if the emojis are part of the newer releases and do not display properly on our system, we will omit them.
- For LINE Shop orders: Please include your message in the order notes.
- For LINE OA/chat orders: Simply send your message in the chat.
The message will be printed on a small card and securely attached to a cardholder within your bouquet. This thoughtful touch ensures your heartfelt words are beautifully displayed for the recipient.
We do not currently offer custom gift boxes (we do not take requests to crochet custom small toys or other items).
Gift sets available for purchase can be found under the “Pots and Pals” section on our website. You may mix and match components of the gift boxes based on the items we already have - please message us on LINE prior to placing your order if you would like to mix and match items.
Pickup Options
Yes! You can select in-store pickup at:
- Terminal 21, Asok (BTS Skywalk), next to CPS Chaps. Click here for location.
- There is no delivery fee for this option.
We do not have a physical store. All orders are shipped from our workshop at 8/1 Sukhumvit 15, Bangkok 10110.
You may, however, meet a team member at the BTS Skywalk (Terminal 21) for in-person pickups. Please message us on LINE so that we can arrange this for you. There is no delivery fee for this option.
Customer Care
If you receive damaged goods or are missing items, please contact us at contact@thecrochetflowercompany.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and relevant photos. We're here to help resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package with your order number and relevant photos/videos. We will do our best to resolve the issue and reach a fair solution.
Returns are only accepted in the event of our mistake. Unfortunately, we don't accept returns or exchanges based on a change of preference such as wrapping paper color or other preferences. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at contact@thecrochetflowercompany.com with your order details, and we will assist you promptly.
Order Cancellation & Refunds:
- Once an order for a bouquet has been placed, customers have up to 6 hours from the time of purchase to cancel their order and request a refund. Please contact us via our customer support channels (LINE Official, Instagram DM, Email) within this time frame to initiate the cancellation.
- After this 6-hour window, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible, as each bouquet is prepared specifically for each customer.
