Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Policy:
1. How long does delivery take?
- For orders placed by 1:00 PM (13:00) with delivery within Bangkok proper, we offer next-day delivery (no deliveries on Sundays)!
- For deliveries outside Bangkok proper (e.g. Nonthaburi, Samut Prakarn, etc.), packages will arrive within 1-2 business days from the order date.
2. Who will deliver my order?
- Orders within Bangkok proper will be delivered by our in-house delivery team.
- For orders outside Bangkok proper, deliveries will be shipped via EMS.
3. Delivery Rates?
- Shipping Zone 1 - (Less than 10km from BTS Asok Station): 50 baht
- Shipping Zone 2 - (Between 10-20km from BTS Asok Station): 80 baht
- Shipping Zone 3: (Over 20km from BTS Asok Station, Bangkok proper): 95 baht
- Shipping Zone 4: (Other Provinces): 100 baht
Yes, you can! During checkout, simply enter the recipient’s address as the shipping address. You can also include a personalized note to be sent with the bouquet free of charge.
For orders relatively close to us, our in-house delivery team will deliver your flowers. Please expect a call from our driver when he arrives at your location.
For orders far from our location, we will send your flowers by EMS in a box. The bouquet is secured to the box and there is bubble wrap and other protections in place.
For EMS deliveries, we will follow up with an EMS tracking number to the email or phone number you provided. EMS deliveries typically take 1-2 business days.
In some cases, we can deliver same day. However, this depends on several factors such as the timing of your inquiry, our order queue, driver availability, etc. Please contact us immediately via LINE Official @thecrochetflowerco to check if this can be arranged.
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the present time. However, we plan to expand to neighboring countries in the near future!
Customer Care
If you receive damaged goods or are missing items, please contact us at contact@thecrochetflowercompany.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and relevant photos. We're here to help resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package with your order number and relevant photos/videos. We will do our best to resolve the issue and reach a fair solution.
Returns are only accepted in the event of our mistake. Unfortunately, we don't accept returns or exchanges based on a change of preference such as wrapping paper color or other preferences. If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us at contact@thecrochetflowercompany.com with your order details, and we will assist you promptly.
Order Cancellation & Refunds:
- Once an order for a bouquet has been placed, customers have up to 6 hours from the time of purchase to cancel their order and request a refund. Please contact us via our customer support channels (LINE Official, Instagram DM, Email) within this time frame to initiate the cancellation.
- After this 6-hour window, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible, as each bouquet is prepared specifically for each customer.
